For more than three decades I’ve built ideas, technology, teams, and leaders, and learned from people worth listening to. Writing is how I make sense of what those years keep teaching me. Then I share it with people who carry real responsibility.
Through all of it, one theme keeps rising: courage.
The courage to imagine what could be.
To build when the outcome is uncertain.
To speak when silence would be easier.
To listen when someone needs to be heard.
To keep moving when life takes an unexpected turn.
That has become the clearest expression of my calling: to be a voice of courage, helping others see what is possible and take the next step toward it.

The work started in engineering and building a company. It grew into writing, speaking, and walking with leaders through moments that matter. I co-founded SimVentions in 2000 and continue to serve as its Chief Technology Officer.
Along the way, faith, family, health, leadership, and the people around me have reshaped what I believe about courage, resilience, and meaningful work.
A DEFINING CHAPTER

Life put a mountain in front of me I could not ignore. An autoimmune challenge forced a decision: how I would face what I could not deny.
That chapter deepened my faith and reshaped what I believe about resilience. It also gave me a story I could use to encourage others facing mountains of their own.
