Through faith, family, health, and the people around me, one theme keeps rising: courage. The courage to imagine what could be, to build when the outcome is uncertain, and to take the next step when life puts a mountain in the way.
I still build at SimVentions, the employee-owned company I co-founded in 2000, and I remain its Chief Technology Officer. That work, and the people I serve alongside, is a commitment I take seriously. The writing, speaking, and leadership work on this site is separate.
MY CALLING
A Voice of Courage.

To speak when silence would be easier.
To listen when someone needs to be heard.
To keep moving when life takes an unexpected turn.
That is the work I want this site to do: help someone see what is possible and take the next step toward it.
A DEFINING CHAPTER
“I can’t deny the mountain.
I can decide how I face it.”
Life put a mountain in front of me I could not ignore. An autoimmune challenge forced a decision: how I would face what I could not deny.
That chapter deepened my faith and reshaped what I believe about resilience. It also gave me a story I could use to encourage others facing mountains of their own.
